My personal journey
Yoga didn’t come easy for me.
I started exercising as an outlet from my stressful job. An attitude of competition and drive for quick results led to multiple injuries. I was lucky to land in a supportive environment with patient teachers who showed me how to slow down and listen to my body.
Now I pay forward this gift by offering a safe space where you can discover your own personal practice.
