Let’s practice together

Let the practice fit you, not the other way around.

Choose what works for you…

For those who are looking to refine and expand their existing yoga practices.

We will explore various yoga styles (Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and Restorative) and find what works for you.

Each session will include meditations and breathwork. Offered both in-person or online.

In-person and online

Public Classes

Let’s practice together in a supportive group environment.

Feel good in your body and experience mind-body connections.

Learn to understand the range of motions, deconstruct and rebuild asanas step by step, and utilize various props to individualize your practice.

What my students say

“Sue’s classes are accessible, engaging, and so much fun! Sue’s class was one of the first classes I took after having a baby. Even though I have been practicing yoga for many years, I was cautious about returning to my yoga practice postpartum out of a concern that I would injure myself. I am so glad I ended up in Sue’s class! Sue creates a very welcoming and non-judgmental environment and emphasizes safe technique and listening to our own bodies. Thank you Sue!”

“Attended Sue Choi’s class today and just loved it.
Slow flow. Sue does a wonderful job teaching. She is attentive and has a thoughtful combination of poses.”

“I loved the class, the instructor has a really chill no-judgment vibe”

“I really appreciated the way you gave me some room to fail and still feel okay about it. Pushing to make the most convoluted poses work wasn’t the focus of the class, and if my hamstring doesn’t quite work that day, that’s okay.”

“Sue was open about sharing her challenges, even what was not working for her. Her sharing was unique in a way that made me feel understood and empathized.”

“Her coaching style is attentive, directive and includes an amazing sense of humor. (vs. there are other teachers that makes me feel like yoga is a competition! Like if I can’t handstand or balance, I am not good enough to do yoga)”

“One of my favorite things about your yoga classes was that there were lots of adjustment that I could take to feel more comfortable, and it made me feel ok with my movements that are not “picture perfect”. And your explanations were super easy to follow.”

“You were always honest about your body conditions to your students. These types of openness always helped myself situate in the moment and prepare for the yoga practice for the day.”
